Home2 Suites by Hilton Round Rock Medical Center

This is a very well run hotel with an accommodating staff. It’s in an excellent location with dining and shopping nearby. Great gym and pool as well. When I arrived this week, there were some power issues in Round Rock affecting the hotel. General Manager Veronique* was waiting downstairs to escort guests to their rooms and assure us that the power would be back on asap. Very professional staff working under her too. I like that she is always present downstairs interacting with guests. This will be my “home away from home” when I travel to Austin for work going forward.

I travel for work and only go to places with 4 stars or better. They had great reviews. Kay was great her customer service was great and she laughed at my jokes and complimentary Rolls-Royce and Bentley jokes. My room was nice and clean. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was awesome, rooms were clean with comfy beds, asked about the meeting room we needed to rehearse for a wedding and we're accommodated with short notice. The room was big and made me feel right at home loved the fridge and dishwasher. The staff is very friendly and I definitely recommend and will be staying here again when we visit my daughter. This hotel literally had everything.

If you like sleep, this isn't the place for you. (When sport's teams are booked in the area due to the close proximity of the fields - kids running rampant, causing a ruckus). On Fridat night, the front desk gal was super helpful in remedying an unpleasant experience - she was calm and collective, very responsive and professional. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel (going on my 3rd week here). The complimentary breakfast and coffee are ok, not the best but what they lack in amenities and thin walls, they make up in customer service and the best shower pressure I've ever experienced! Who needs a hot tub when the showers are this pleasurable?

I stayed here for a family trip. There was a minor mistake during room cleaning, but it wasn't a major issue and didn't disrupt my trip. The hotel staff took immediate action. The next morning, they called me and apologized again, offering me a gift of their famous ramen, bokbunja (Korean black raspberry), and a snack set. This was a first for me in the US. I'm currently traveling the US for a month, and thanks to this experience, I'm still staying at the Home2 hotel in Atlanta. If I ever return to Round Rock, I'll definitely stay at the Home2 again.

We stayed here because of a volleyball tournament at the Round Rock Sports Center. This hotel is more reasonably priced and only a 6 minute drive to RRSC. Super convenient location! Close to lots of eating options and an HEB. The Starbucks is a 2 minute walk. There was a big soccer club staying there...definitely overtook the lobby area and it was VERY loud. But we didn't hear anything in our 4th floor room. The front desk staff was SO friendly and warm. The rooms are super clean and spacious. The water pressure is a little lacking, but not a deal breaker. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it was decent. 6 hot item choices, a Texas waffle maker, hot oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, and cereal. I think the area could be spread out a little more to prevent morning traffic jams. But, again, not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Round Rock!

From the moment I arrived at Home2, Veronic and Alandra went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They helped me check in early with such kindness and humor that instantly put me at ease, especially since I was traveling alone for business. Their warm, genuine personalities truly embody what great management should look like. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving water as a Hilton Honors member. When I walked into my room, it was spotless and beautifully prepared, I couldn’t help but feel excited to settle in. I was really impressed by the friendly staff, the clean rooms, and the attention to detail. The front desk employees are polite and professional! The person who checked me into the hotel and the person who checked me out were both thoughtful and patient. I even received a free water, which really made my day! I had requested a 30 minute extension to my check out time, and they were very accommodating. The room I stayed in was clean and welcoming. It’s apparent that the housekeeping employees are passionate about detail (It’s much appreciated!!). I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast or other amenities, but based on the rest of my experience, I’m sure it would have all been great as well… I’ll have to try it out next time! I look forward to my next visit!
